User Agreement
General Provisions
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions for using the Medusa website (the "Website") and defines the rights and responsibilities of the Website Administration and the User.
- Any use of the Website — including browsing, registration, placing orders, and other interactions — constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of this Agreement
- If the User disagrees with any provision of this Agreement, they must immediately discontinue use of the Website
- The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without advance notice. The current version is always available on the Website and takes effect upon publication
Subject of the Agreement
The Website grants the User access to informational materials and digital products under the conditions outlined in this Agreement. All materials and products are provided on an "as is" basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Digital products (activation keys or other intangible goods) are not eligible for return or exchange once activated in the launcher
- The User acknowledges and accepts that using any product obtained through the Website carries inherent risks, which the User assumes prior to purchase and use
- Usage of digital products may lead to bans, restrictions, or other penalties imposed by third-party platforms and gaming services. In the event of such consequences, no refunds, compensation, or reimbursement will be provided
Registration & Account Security
Registration may be required to access certain Website features. By registering, the User agrees to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials at all times
- Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under their account
- Not transfer, sell, or share their account with any third party
Rights & Obligations
The User undertakes to:
- Comply with applicable laws and the rules of third-party services, including online platforms and games
- Not use the Website for any purpose that contradicts the law or this Agreement
- Not perform any actions that could disrupt the normal operation of the Website
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with the Administration and support team
The Administration has the right to:
- Restrict or terminate the User's access to the Website and/or products in case of Agreement violations
- Modify materials, functionality, and products available on the Website
- Refuse technical support in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Payments & Refund Policy
Product pricing, accepted payment methods, and purchase terms are displayed on the Website. A refund may only be issued if a product is confirmed to be non-functional due to a fault on the part of the Administration, after the User has followed all troubleshooting steps provided by support.
Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:
- The User's account is banned or restricted by a third-party platform
- The User refuses to cooperate with technical support or follow diagnostic instructions
- The User's hardware or software configuration does not meet the requirements listed on the product page
- The activation key was used on a device not owned by the User, including via a spoofer
- Certain features cease to function after game or service updates
- The product was purchased with the status USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, UPDATING, DETECTED, or DEVELOPING
- The User subjectively decides to stop using the product (e.g. "changed my mind," "no longer needed")
- The User refuses to reinstall the operating system when required for diagnostics
Prohibition of Abuse
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
- Unjustified refund requests or filing chargeback claims without valid grounds
- Using third-party payment instruments without legal authorization
- Exploiting Website mechanisms to obtain products or benefits without proper payment
- Bypassing established restrictions or manipulating order/subscription statuses
If such violations are identified, the Administration may — without prior notice — block or restrict access, cancel active subscriptions without compensation, refuse further service, and report the violation to payment systems and relevant parties as permitted by law.
Reverse Engineering & Software Protection
The User is strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of any software, product, or component provided through the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of:
- Disassemblers and decompilers such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja
- Debuggers such as x64dbg, OllyDbg, WinDbg, or any kernel-level debugging tools
- Memory inspection and manipulation tools such as Cheat Engine, ReClass, or similar utilities
- Network traffic analyzers used to intercept or inspect product communications
- Any other tool, technique, or method aimed at analyzing, modifying, or circumventing the internal workings of the software
Violation of this clause will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to all products and the Website, with no refund or compensation. The Administration also reserves the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
All materials available on the Website — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design elements — are protected intellectual property. The following restrictions apply:
- Sale, resale, transfer, or any distribution of products and subscriptions without the Administration's explicit consent is prohibited
- Each activation key is provided for use on a single personal device only, unless stated otherwise on the product page
- Transfer, resale, gifting, or sharing of keys with third parties is strictly forbidden
- If a key is found to be used on multiple devices or transferred to others, the Administration may block the key, refuse HWID resets, and terminate access without compensation
Limitation of Liability
The User utilizes the Website's products entirely at their own risk. The Administration bears no responsibility for:
- Bans, sanctions, or restrictions imposed by third-party services or platforms
- Temporary or permanent loss of product functionality
- Discontinuation of updates for any product
- Operating system failures, including BSOD or similar critical errors
- Damage to the User's software or hardware configuration
A built-in spoofer, where provided, is considered a supplementary feature rather than the core product. Its non-functionality does not constitute grounds for a refund. The Administration is also not liable for the reset of OS activation or third-party licenses resulting from spoofer usage. Subscription extensions in the event of product detection or updates are issued at the Administration's sole discretion.
Final Provisions
- The Website may contain links to third-party resources; the Administration is not responsible for their content or policies
- Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy
- The law of the jurisdiction in which the Website Administration is registered applies to this Agreement
- Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no resolution is reached, they will be handled in accordance with applicable law
- The invalidity of any single provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions
